Does anyone know what parm I need to pass to javaw.exe so I can get line

I think I solved this one ... adding -Xlinenumbers to the eclipse.exe command line (either on the command line itself or via the eclipse.ini file) does the trick.

You might need to run it with a -clean option the first time.

I've also discovered that it's difficult (if not impossible, I haven't determined this yet) to attach a debugger to an instance of WDSC running on another machine. You can, however, do it if you launch WDSC manually (using direct invocation of the jdk\jre\bin\java.exe) and include the debug options.
