A bit more clarification ... the resource I'm trying to update is a
child's child.

For example:

RSE
+ Subsystem
+ + Node level 1
+ + + Node level 2
+ + + + Node level 3

Node level 3 was changed, so I'm trying to refresh node level 2 so it
will pick up all it's children (all all the nodes that are siblings to
the node that was changed).
