No the actual objects that are created when compiled are usable. Now true
the debug version probably isn't the best to run in production with all of
the hooks and such, but change the compile type to release and you have a
.exe console program. Just create a sample console program at look at what
is created in the bin folder. Double click on one and watch it run.

Mike,

Are you saying ClickOnce does that for you and creates a SendToInternet
and PullFromInternet ?

I haven't used the click once stuff yet.

In your project folder under /bin/Debug.

So for one of my projects, I go to C:\Documents and Settings\USER\My
Documents\Visual Studio
2010\Projects\SendToInternet\PullFromInternet\bin\Debug. (There is also a
"Release" if you compile it as such.

In there I have the calling program PullFromInternet.exe. There are other
files in there too that are most likely needed as well. Put them all in a
location on the target computer and voila! It works!

We do this to schedule tasks on Windows servers.
