We recently lost power & now have a few incomplete sessions in the general ledger.
Below is a screenshot taken from GL Session Enquiries screen (2/GLE).

1) Session 86353 was in 'A/R Cash Allocation' (31/ARA)
The A/R session 35308 has a status of 'P' in 6/ARE and seems to have worked.
However only 1 of 9 transactions appear in the G/L and it is highlighted.
I tried to recover through 'Recover Incomplete Session' (33/ARU) but get an error:
'The session is a cash allocation one and cannot be recovered'.
2) Session 31165 was in 'Cash Management - Bank to bank transfers' (14/CSP)
When I view the transaction details get error:
'Tranaction update not processed'
3) Sessions 86354-86357 was in 'A/P Sundry Payments - Ad hoc' (11/APY)
Transactions from these session have since been posted to a 'Rounding Errors' account.
To fix should I do?:
a) De-allocate failed posting session (33/APU)
or
b) Cash Management - Cancel Transaction(42/CSP)
Also does it matter that the session finish time is still 99:99?
How can I fix these 3 type of sessions & get the data posted into the general ledger?
Any help and or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you,
Gary Sutton
