× The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.
If you know of an easy to use, open source, search engine ... please contact support@midrange.com.

I sounds like interest collection was turned off for that company.

Check your setup in the Interest Charges menu. The menu should be ARI.

Check Default Maintenance (Option 1) on ARI. Ensure everything is setup properly.

There is suddenly a problem when we create newcustomers in S21(1/ARM).

It is no longer possible to maintain \\"Interest% \\" and \\"Exempt /
DaysGrace\\" (the keys are normally 2% and 7 days). (see below screen dump of a
new added customer).

How can it suddenly disappear (also on old customers)? And how will thesystem
then calculate interest? Or is there any setting where this fields are editable
