Hello,

I have one query regarding the difference of balance in CS and GL.

We are having problem in closing cash book for system 21. The GL balance and
the cash book balance is not matching in the system.
The cash balance (transaction number 3/CSE) is showing balance of *
$3,208,765.85* while The GL balance for the system is *$3,209,394.19*.
The difference of 628.34 between GL and CS is because of the following two
transaction.

1) Charges in Cashbook with amount 646.76-
2)Transaction with Document Ref no.20566115 with master item type CG with
amount 18.42- is there in CS but not updated in GL.

So maybe we can match CS with GL amount if we have below formula.

Current CS balance + Charges this month - Doc ref no.20566115 amount= GL
balance of period 1012.

*3,208,765.85 + 646.76 - 18.42 = 3,209,394.19*

Can anyone please help me What transaction do we use to "check and adjust
this amount in CS so that it can match to GL.

Your reply is highly appreciated.

Regards,
Sohil Chauhan.
