Steve,

Go into STRM400
Administrative Tasks
Users Maintenance
Type in user id <ENTER>
Do F17 command to get into menu authorization
Go to the new menu you created
Type 1 in front of menu
Select the option you want the user to have <ENTER>
F12
F19 to go into Company Task Authorization
Go to module and put 1 for select companies
2 for tasks (should already show as selected from menu)
3 for override printer or jobq.

Subject: [SYSTEM21] JBA/GEAC/Infor Menu problem

Hello Peeps,

I have a problem with the System21 menu system. A client of mine wanted an option copied from one menu to another and 4 staff given authority to it, I copied the option, set up the menu and then......I have completely forgotten how to authorise these users to the option! Can someone please point me in the right direction? Worst thing is I used to work at JBA/GEAC, bit embarrassing really. J

TIA

Steve
