Is this transfer fee is Service charge of infor of transferring to newbox if yes, then beware of License fee as well i dont know, they might charge u for new license code since its going to be a new box. Check with them. I think u need to really put your hands on the contract.

Hi Group,
We currently are looking to upgrade our current 820 (P10) to a new 520 (P05)
We have a maintenance contract for 30 users.
They (Infor) would like to charge us almost € 9.000,- only for transfer !
I do understand that they will charge "something" for the transfer, but this is ridiculous.
Another problem is that I currently don't have a copy of the signed contract, and I really don’t know where the maintenance fee ( € 27.400 ) is coming from and why this will not be less if we move to a machine which is in P05.
Can anyone tell me if the 27K is a normal fee for 30 users ???
