The budget files are FLP051 and FLP055. Once you upload the budgets
manually, if you have hierarchy accounts (Summary accounts) then you
need to rebuild them using the option from GLM

We are trying to upload 2008 Budgets though PC uplift to Aurora 2.2.
Every time we try we get a "spreadsheet empty message". I have tried
copying to a new spreadsheet and creating a new transfer with no luck.
Does anyone know a fix for this?? If not, does anyone know what files
we could manual put the budget numbers into with a program.
