Change the session status to 'I' and run 33/ARU

All the data queue rebuild does is recreate the
dataq with an entry for
each session that has a status of 'F' and then it
feeds the background
job. I think he already did that.

Darn. The state of the transactions in question
sound exactly like some
here did, but I realized the subsystem job was down.
When I started it
back up, then the transactions processed.

They might not have made it through the subsystem
job for some other
reason. I just saw someone suggest you try the data
queue rebuild. I
would check to see what that does first, and then
possibly try that.

Thanks for the suggestion Randy.

Unfortunately, I did end it and bring it back up,
just to make sure it
wasn't that.

It sounds like your A/R subsystem job SL_UPDATE may
not be running.

I have invoices/credits that initially had a status
of F (Finished/NO
Update) in 6/ARE.
I ran 15/ARU to rebuild the balance update queue and
now those batches are
a status of F. But they still do not show in 1/ARE.
I noticed in the SLP15 record that there is not any
Event Number and there
is not any SLP20 record at all.

Any ideas on what should be done to fix this data?
