Not knowing your setup. If you have a support contract, I would stick it on Answerlink.

Otherwise, one option may be to run the Rebuild Update Data Queue (15/ARUUS). It is possible that the Data Queue got corrupted and thus the transactions were not posted. Also, it is worth checking the previous jobs for the SLBACK3 to see if there are any dumps or error reports from it.
