My approach would be to create several one day periods ending with 6/30/06
as period 0612.

Subject
[SYSTEM21] Year end change in Financial modules

We are moving our year-end, which will mean going from period 06/04 to
07/01.

I'd planned to do this by running each period end in turn for 06, then
doing a year-end, but I'm not entirely sure how to fiddle the GL calendar
file to suit. Another thought I had was to set the GL company profile to
4 periods, run the year end then set it back to 12 periods. Has anyone
ever tried this, does it impact history at all?

Thanks in advance,

Neil.
