There are probably entries related to INBACK3 in your INP99 file that need to be removed and then you should be able to start the jobs from the menu again. My KWINBACK3 subsystem is started but none of the subsystem jobs are running in it. I went to the /INB menu to start the monitor jobs and it says all the jobs already started. I tried ending the subsystem and restarting it, but that didn't help. I thought I had some notes for recovering from something like this but can't find anything. Can someone help?
