FM runs against the balances file FLP004 or FLP044 if you have user defined views. It could be that your query is picking up unprocessed transactions UPDNOG = 0 which have not updated the balance file. You may wish to run 26/GLU to check for unposted journals. I'm trying to resolve an issue we have with one of the reports being printed out of Financial Manager and a query we're running. The problem....The financial manager report being run is a trial balance for one of our companies. I'm looking at the amount that appears for the scrap account on the report not matching the amount for the same scrap account in the query. Data for the query comes from the FLP008 file. The interesting thing is these amounts match on the two reports for all of our other companies except this one company. Does anyone have any ideas?
