GEAC can give you an idea of the incremental increase from version 3 to Aurora, however, one thing to remember is during the data conversion process, you will have 3 copies of your data libraries. 1 will be your live production libraries, 1 restored libraries to be the source of your converted files, and the last being the converted files. Once the conversion is finished, you can delete the restored libraries. There are also PTFs to be applied in preparation for the uplift. Once everything is finished and you are live on Aurora, I don't think the disk space is dramatically different, it's just getting there that can be a challenge. Can anyone tell me of their experience with this?
