Hi, 
We have the same problems.  The there is no real "FIX".
What GEAC/JBA suggest that you run the 41 and 42 WHU to reconcile
Allocations and Reconcile with Inventory
Once these are complete and update, any Items with variances need to be
Cycle Counted.
JBA "ASSUMES" that the Warehouse values are correct and the Inventory
quantities are adjusted.   This is not always the case.  Warehousing is
usually what is wrong.
