Citrix and JBA Explorer

We are running JBA Explorer (Release:  June 1999 Edition, Build 1.3.2)
in a Citrix environment, but the Cut/Paste functions are not working.  

If anyone else has experienced this problem (and hopefully resolved),
we'd appreciate any advice you can give us.
