Hi Gary Don't ever remember seeing this in the manager suite but it is a simple OS400 command. On command line type CHGPRTF and press F4, enter the name of the PRTF and LIB and you will be presented with a nuber of options that can be modified. Press F10 to get additional values and page down until you get to number of copies and change it. Of course this, like most other OS400 commands, can be abbreviated to a single command line - once you know the key words you need. In this instance it could be: CHGPRTF FILE(LIBRARY/FILENAME) COPIES(X) where X is the required number of copies. Is there a facility somewhere in STRM400 to specify the default number of copies of a report to print? I'm sure I've done this before but can't for the life of me find it.
