Hi Neil, While I am not using the financial package at my present company, I did at another company and did Archiving for Account Receivable and Order Entry using the System 21 archiving base options for and they worked very well. A/R has enquiries to access the archived info, but Order Entry does not. Inventory & Purchasing does not have an archive procedure, only deletion. So if you want to archive you would have to look into alternatives. Hope this helps a bit.
