We will soon be managing about 3 foreign currency bank accounts in order to pay some of our overseas suppliers. We will be setting up contracts in order to secure amounts of currency at set exchange rates. The amounts contracted will be based on the forecasted values and timings of the purchase invoices we expect to receive over the next 2/3 months. We would like to post and pay any invoices at the contract rate. However, if we completely spend that contracted amount, any further invoices would need to be posted / paid at a 'spot' rate (eg could be the system rate) Does anyone know if there is way on System 21 of 'managing' the contracted amounts of currency so that once they are used up postings can be made at the system rate? thanks in anticipation Tim Randall Snr Business Analyst Centura Foods Ltd trandall@xxxxxxxxxxxxx 01606 830434 *********************************************************************************** This e-mail, its content and any files transmitted with it are confidential and intended solely for the use of the individual (s) to whom it is addressed.
