Hi,

I had the same problem and got the answer by finding the message and
pressing the F1 function key. This gives you a complete list of all the
error messages and their meanings.

Don't forget to try out your new journals by using the test OE Extract
31/OEU. You can also set the 1/FIU Application Profile to be manual
update by putting a 0 in the RHS field. Then use 1/FIP for application
OE and a 0 to list only. Then if all is OK you can run the live update.

Remember that it's the Invoice Print for OE and the IN extract 3/INW
that builds FIP51/45 for AFI to use.

Has anyone out there used the IBM job scheduler with the EXEAMTASK on FI
03 0046 to run the IN extract automatically. This doesn't run for me,
as there is an interactive program FI514. I had put my company code RC
in the command.

Good Luck.

Marcus.

Subject: [SYSTEM21] RE: AFI Reason Codes

We have a user who has, in the past couple of days, been revising some
of our AFI rules (gl posting in JBA) After setting up the rules, she
tried to do an extract of orders yesterday but it failed to pick
anything up. In looking at the messages on the AS400, it says "Advanced
Financial Integrator test extract could not complete for reason code
22". We're not sure not sure how to find out what reason code 22 is.
Do you know where we can find these?

TIA, Kevin Brunk
