These messages get returned from pgm FI498 to the
calling CL which then sends the message if a problem
found.

Looking at the code, '22' seems to be an Invalid
posting account or an Invalid account extension.

You will probably find that the Default Account (field
DFTA25) against one of your Journal Posting
Definitions (file FIP25) is set as Post Inhibited
(field PSTIN on file FLP003 not equal to blank or 'C')
