Hi All, I am new to System21 and have been given the task to run the Financial purging on our test box. Part of my plan was to write/run queries to estimate the number of records eligible for deletion [per file] (using the criteria provided in the System21 help files -- i.e. 0 balance etc). The results from the queries were spot on for some of the files, but way off the mark for others. I guess I could go through the logic of the purge programs, but thought there might be documentation explaining the workings in a bit more detail than found in the system21 help files (thus not duplicating the effort).
