Our system wakes up every hour to transmit and receive transaction from our VAN, it retries 3 times if the line is busy, then terminates the call. About once a month, it "forgets" to terminate the call. The job just hangs and all other jobs are waiting in line behind it. And it usually happens during the night or week-end. Any clue on how to setup a trigger in the system that would monitor this job, and after 30 minutes, would terminate it.
