Control is the biggest pro and that in it self makes it worth the effort and 
expense. I do know of any cons other than it might tale a few minutes longer 
for a change to be completed. 

Add Thenon to your list of change control software. They are from the UK. We 
found them to be a good fit for a S21 environment.
