Change Management Software

I would appreciate any pros or cons that you have regarding the use of a
Change Management software package, like Aldon, for controlling software by
your company's programmers.

 

This has come to light, for any publicly traded companies, as a result of
the 2002 Public Company Accounting Reform and Investor Act (a.k.a Sarbanes
Oxley) that resulted from the Enron scandal.
