Duane is right on... You will need to use a file editor and repair the invalid fields... In INP60 you have: PUNT60 2 A Purchase Unit IUNT60 2 A Issue Unit
In INP35 you have: PUNT35 2 A Purchase Unit SUNT35 2 A Stock Unit IUNT35 2 A Issue Unit
There is no alternative... I've had to do this dozens of times... Your movements history won't match your changes but who really cares... Good luck...
I don't know if this is the correct way to do it, but how I always handle problems like this (with no fallout so far) is to just use a file edit utility (DBU, PFE, DFU, etc) and make the change to the record that is causing the problem.

Item exists in 2 different stockrooms and has been set-up with different issue units (kg & ct) in the different stockrooms. This is visible in the different item/stockroom enquiries.
In item master maintenance the purchase unit is CT, the stock unit is CT but the issue unit is KG, which I cannot change to CT in item master.
The conversions set-up in item master are Stock->purchase conv..... 1 , Issue->stock conv........0.1 and Weight per selling unit.. 10
In stockroom details, first stockroom is correctly set up with a purchase unit CT and issue unit CT. The second stockroom is set-up with purchase unit CT and issue unit KG, which should be CT.
The system does not allow me to change the issue unit in the second stockroom in stockroom details, nor in item maintenance. I can not delete the second stockroom and recreate it because the stock balance is not zero; but when stock balance is zero the system will not allow me because movements for the item exist.
