Is this message appearing on the handheld scanner itself or somewhere
else...?
If it is on the scanner it seems the place to look for assistance would be
the scanner mfg.
What software package are you using to interface your scanner with
System/21...?
Perhaps the error comes from that software...
I am not familiar with the error code you mentioned. I doubt it comes from
System/21...
What action were you performing when the error occured.?
