You will need to add a couple of figures from FLP004 for the period you 
are interested. 

NPDR04 + NPCR04 = Period Postings
FYDR04 + FYCR04 = Fiscal Year to date (Balance for B/S accounts)

One note - for future periods ie if your G/L is still in 0401 and you are 
looking at 0402, the FY values only counting the same as the NP fields and 
you have to add the 0401 FY figures to get the correct figure.  This is 
done automatically be the standard inquires and reports.  At month end the 
FY figures from the old month are added to the new month.

Hi folks!

In 1/GLE (Account Code Inquiry) there is some calculated information that 
I
am interested in pulling into a report. The numbers are the two figures
below net movement and Balance YTD (examples given below with >>)

I would like to know what files/fields are used to produce these totals. I
am assuming that the search criteria is a combination of the account and 
the
period number so if there's anything else please advise.
