Welcome the the list. I do not have a style system to look at and I could not find a flag that would cause an item's frozen quantity to be excluded from the available calculation in base S21. I am not convinced that excluding the frozen quantity from the calculation would be a good idea in any case. I think the best way to really fix the problem is to correct the inventory quantities. Accurate inventory quantities are critical to a successful MRP solution. I suggest you write a query that selects the items with frozen quantity exceeding the physical quantity then cycle count the items making the appropriate inventory adjustments. There could be cases where only the frozen quantity needs to be adjusted, others where the physical quantity needs to be adjusted.
