Looks like the source values are as follows...

OSRC40 carries to OEP65
  1   "Order Entry - Transcription" & "Credit Notes and Sundry Invoicing"
      "Advanced Order Entry"
  3   "Distribution Order" (DRP)
  4   "Order Created via Advanced Shipping"
  5   "Order Created via Advanced Shipping"

Jeff's source being blank must be due to the Future 3 interface.
