OK - So it's either got to be the OVERFLOW defined in the PRTF or the value stored in the data area...
Have you done any testing to find out if either of these options produces the desired result...?

Many thanks Jeff, Richard, it is the number of lines being printed on the form that require changing to accomodate form chnages but not the actual length of the form.
