thanks for that Jack

Got a small problem now I have 2 variables printing one after the other with
2 spaces in between.

when I display the spool file it shows 2 spaces properly but when it prints
last 2 characters in the first variable overlap with the first 2 chars of
the second variable.

Is there any way to activate the COR function (Computer Output Reduction)
for printer files that has device type *AFPDS ?

I tried *COR and *AUT against PAGRTT doesn't look like its working.

Thanks

Janith
