I have yet to see a company miss an opportunity to charge for something even if it is a simple administrative matter. When I buy I car I usually have to line out at least two or three "DOC fees" or other goofy stuff that I have to negociate out of the final price. A racket all the way around and behind every step if you ask me. I was surprised to hear that GEAC was going to charge me an uplift charge even though the processor group of my new machine was less than my older machine. They are now looking at capacity of the machine not just model and serial number. I suggest you check this out and get everything settled before signing on the bottom line for your 810.
