Hi Duane GRN numbers are controlled from PM Co profile. Check third screen on Co profile maint. If Auto GRN numbering is on (='1') then system will generate sequential GRN's from the set starting number up to the ending number. You can also see the last GRN no used on this screen. These fields are held in the PM co profile file PMP10 as SGRN10, LGRN10 & EGRN10. GRN numbers are 'grabbed' when receiving a PO line. IF you have multiple users in the company receiving PO lines simultaneously then it is quite feasible that the GRN numbers for multiple lines on a single order may NOT be sequential. In this case the 'missing' GRN numbers will be on other order lines being received at the same time. A quick scan over PMP09 should show all the GRN numbers and to which PO/line they refer.
