Bruce,

Jeff is on the right track. 47/PMP works well if you keep the original
batch (hard copy) and rematch the PO's manually.

There is an existing problem with how PM040 and PM051 manages the PMPWC
file. The records in this file are added/deleted during the matching
process depending on selections from the user. I have seen the records in
PMPWC get deleted before the update to PMP09 is processed. The program
appears to process normal, but the updates to PMP09 are not completed.

If you are using blanket PO's and multiple users are matching at the same
time, the issue is magnified. I have made some fixes to PM040 and PM051 in
relation to how the records in PMPWC are managed. This fixes may not apply
to your situation, but it sounds very familiar.

You can contact me offline if you would like to discuss further.

Regards,
Greg Staton

Unless I'm sorely mistaken this happens when the 3-Way-Match falls over
mid-batch...
Some of the transactions actually partial post but you have to do a 47/PMP
-
Invoice Match Stand-alone to finish off the other half of the
transaction...
You have to train the users to let you know when they have an error in
their match batch...!!!

Someone else may be able to provide the right query specs to help identify
these half-posted transactions...

I hope I am leading you down the right path... I know someone out there
will tell me if I'm leading you astray...

Good Luck...

Has anyone every had a problem with the accruals report being incorrect.
 It
looks like the PO has been received and matched, but the accruals report
still shows the PO line item. It look like the PMP09 record has not been
updated. Any ideas on how to fix or verify what records need fixed. Any
help would be appreciated.

Thanks
Bruce
