I know of no easy way to do what you're asking...

That's why we wrote an inquiry program that would allow us to ask the question:
"Who has authority to this option...?"


I can send you the code if you like... Let me know...

It is quite useful for satisfying those auditors who ask that very same question...

The inquiry also includes company # authority and can be downloaded to a file for export to a spreadsheet... or viewed on-screen or printed to ink and paper...

Our I.T. Director has asked us to provide a count of users that only have
access to JBA "inquiry" tasks and a count of users that only have access to
JBA "maintenance" tasks.  Short of manually looking at every menu option,
does anyone know how to identify a JBA task as "inquiry" or "maintenance"?
