Win 2000 and SNA

I just want to help our network admin here. We upgraded to Win 2000 server
from NT about couple of weeks back. Ever since we have been having problems
with our printers connected to Host integration Server (SNA).
We are at Win2000 Service Pack 3 and Host integration Server Service Pack 1.

Here are a few problems we have...
1. None of our Financial Manager reports (Report Writer) have the right
font/CPI anymore.
2. All out IBM dot matrix printers that print our Pack slips etc does not
recognize CPI .


Any input as to what we need to check will be highly appreciated.
