Way back before AnswerLink, JBA's help desk talked us through a CS recovery. They stressed that CS session errors should be researched on a case-by-case basis, but here's what they said to do for us (and it worked at the time) - 1. Check the SLP75 file to see that the data exist. (SLP75 holds all unprocessed amounts) 2. Get the GL session number from the SLP75 records 3. Change the Local Data Area with CHGDTAARA *LDA and set columns 460-466 to the AP session with leading zeros, and columns 723-729 to the GL session number, again with leading zeros. 4. Run CALL SL350. Hope this helps, -BobE bob.ellsworth@xxxxxxxxxx > -----Original Message----- > From: Bob Chambers [SMTP:bchambers@xxxxxxxxxx] > Sent: Tuesday, March 11, 2003 8:07 AM > To: 'jbausers-l@xxxxxxxxxxxx' > Subject: [SYS21] Incomplete A/R Session > > We have a 'Cash Allocation' session in A/R that we cannot > recover through 33/ARU (Recover Incomplete Session). > > The error states that 'The session is a cash allocation one > and cannot be recovered'. > > When I display the transactions on 6/ARE the session total > is zero, but there are many detail lines.
