[SYS21] Re: Field level security

You will have to perform the following maintenance procedures:

(1) GL Company Profile - set the Field Level Security flag to '1'(first screen) 
and update.

(2) For each Ledger that you require Field Level Security, maintain the Ledger 
- the Field Level Security flags will now appear. Set the Level 1 to '1' 
(security required).

(3) Now go to GL utilities & maintain the Security Object(CODEXXYYY 1)
XX being the Company #, YY the Ledger Code).

(4) Maintain User Security Objects & then the Authorized Values.

Sign off and then sign back on again - the Security function should now work.
