I seem to remember resetting the CIND15 indicator at a couple of customers
in the past and this making the it possible to match things back to zero.
FYI, fully matching an item sets the cleared indicator (CIND15) to 'C',
running the statements in update mode will change the 'C' to a 'P'.  This
signifies that the item has appeared on at least one statement - a feature
required in some countries but something that irritates most in the US.
