Hello everybody
We have the following issue with S21  A/R  :
The user has mistakenly performed the same allocation twice ( after the
first one , he verified and did not observe any
results , so he did it again .  Our best guess is that the background job
had not completed the required cycle ) .
You may note for example , the  IN 002440 transaction where  'outstanding'
has become a Credit .
They have been given as instruction NOT to perform the same allocation
twice and so far the problem has not appeared again .
However , would someone know how to get back to a clean situation for such
cases ?
We are at  V352b  SP3 .
