Don't forget you can make use of the payment methods.
You will probably find that changing to an "electronic" payment method will
cause a program failure (as these programs do not exist).
It is these programs you need to create.

Yes, GEAC (and many others) have been there done that.  You can assign a
'batch' number and an audit file etc.

And Yes each Bank has its own standard.

And as was mentioned earlier Chase will want you to conform to their own
specifications...

I don't think you will be able to avoid at least some coding...
