WE have integrated ROI credit card authorization into JBA. Our customer presents his credit card at time of order, the software calls Visanet and authorizes or declines the transaction. When the order ships it adds freight, makes any adjustments, and marks it to settle. The days transactions are settled at night. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express. There is a JBA interface to ROI but we had to modify it quite heavily: did not allow swiping the card, did not allow multiple selling locations, did not allow adjustments to the amount after initial order, and many other things. Go software is the division that handles credit card software, look at JAVACARD at www.gosoftware.com. Does anyone else do something similar, if so, what level of integration with the software have you managed to achieve? Any comments?
