The only similar problem I can recall was at a client where a few Customer Master records some how had the wrong currency code assigned to the 000 DSEQ but the correct Curr Code on the 001 etc DSEQ's (or vice versa). There is a point in the Dispatch process where the system Chains to the 000 record and the system was picking up the wrong Curr Code (it was so ling ago now that I'm not sure of the exact details). DFUing the file eliminated the situation. I'd at least suggest querying the records and comparing 000 Curr Codes to non-000 records. I believe the system wass defined as multi-currency but was used only as single currency. Hope this helps iin some way. There's no credit note involved, and no currency implications either. S/ware is 352b SP3. This message appears when we despatch large numbers of items. We use serial control and have to enter lot numbers. When the error message does appear, we have to cancel the entire despatch and start over again! JBA are looking into the problem, just wondered if anyone else had experienced it and could point me/them in the right direction to save some time? Thanks in advance, Neil. _____________________________________________________________________ This transmission and any attachments are confidential and are intended solely for the named addressee (s).
