I am not personally aware of any functionality as you request. I am puzzled with your request. You want your cost to equal that of the Invoice Matched. A Matched invoice is matched against a PO which is an agreement to a certain cost or cost/quantity level structure. The PO cost is what is updated to the "latest cost" cost field upon receipt. Therefore, are you allowing significant matching Delimiter tolerances? Or, you may need to review your PO's, otherwise the PO Price = Receipt Cost = Invoice Matched Cost (less tolerances). By definition, your Invoice Match cost should equal the Latest Cost. Please be careful on circumnavigation of the 3-way match structure. It's a great concept for all to use. -----Original Message----- From: aappleby@geckojewellery.com [mailto:aappleby@geckojewellery.com] Sent: Tuesday, September 17, 2002 7:29 AM To: jbausers-l@midrange.com Subject: [SYS21] Invoice match standard cost update This is a multipart message in MIME format. -- [ Picked text/plain from multipart/alternative ] Hi Does anyone know whether System 21 can update the latest & average costs in a stockroom based on the invoice matched value through the invoice match routine?
