First, Steve, it looks like you are using the 3.5.1 version of Machine
Manager...
I would suggest that if this is true, you should upgrade to the latest version
of the System Manager PTF's...
You can upgrade your SM PTF's without having to upgrade your Applications
Modules...
But you will have to load them all for AM, CF, MM HK and NW...
Machine Manager runs much better with the latest version... I think we are at
June, 1999 edition or August 2000...

Second, we run these two jobs to facilitate our nightly AFI extracts...
 Application . . . . : PD 03 Manufacturing PDM - V3.0
 Task . . . . . . . : 4615 Initiate Production Extract (Live Mode)
 Job Name . . . . . : FIPCEXTRCT
and
Application . . . . : FI 03 AFI V342
Task . . . . . . . : 0046 Initiate Inventory Extract
Job Name . . . . . : FIINEXTRCT

We do not need to run the initiate AFIGLUPDT - What does this function
accomplish for you...? Is it necessary...?

Third, does the job even attempt to run, if so, what is the status code the
following day...?
If it is run failed (RF) then is there a job log of any kind under user
QPGMR...?
We really need some kind of feedback from the system to determine the cause...
It could be an authority issue, library list, or something else...

Also, I would use EXCAMTASK instead of RUNAMTASK if you have that option
available to you...

When you load this into Machine Manager, it prompted you for the selection
criteria, correct...?
Try loading the selection into MM again using the F20 key... You may need to
delete the entry and enter it again from scratch... I've seen these records get
corrupted very occasionally, especially in the 3.5.1 version...

Good luck.

Let me know how you progress toward the solution...

Thanks.
