[SYS21] Invoicing prior to Shipment

We are currently using transport planning to build our loads and print the
bill of ladings. It appears that you have to go through
this process and do a confirm ship in order to get invoices. We would like
to be able to invoice the customer prior to the
actual shipment. This shipment could occur for instance two weeks after the
invoice. Has anybody ever done anything like
this?
