Yes - what version are you on? We had the problem during three way match
sessions where if a vendor was tagged as prompt pay, all invoices for that
vendor, and all subsequent invoices processed for any vendor got tagged as
prompt pay. There was a fix for this in Americas Solutions Pack Version
3.5.2 SP3 AP1.0.

Subject: SYS21 - Prompt Pay Code

A/P - Has anyone encountered a problem of PAY115 in PLP15 being populated
with a "P" code (Prompt pay) other than by the user keying it in?? We seem
to be getting items showing up on "FINAL PAYMENTS REPORT" for payments that
fall outside of the date range they key in. Looking at these items, they
all have a "P" in PAY115.

(We do not partial pay any items)

Any ideas would be helpful.

Thanks
