Well, we are a 3rd party logistics company, so these KPI are usually requested by our clients (and then just for their portion of our business). Of course, this still doesn't guarantee they'll be used, but that doesn't eliminate what is often a contractual commitment. What I'm really hoping for out of this discussion is some nuts and bolts examples from others about how they do things like measure fill rates or picking accuracy.
